Expect to have comfort zones expanded and training programmed to support your personal requirements. Sessions are 60 minutes in length.

Expand your comfort zone while experiencing community support and accountability. Maxing out 6 people, the small group setting allows for attentive coaching and training accommodation when needed. The classes are 60 minutes in length and have directed programming for building strength and overall capacity. Rates listed below are Monthly.

Jr Athlete Development.
This program is designed to help young athletes learn the fundamentals of training. Focused on building coordination, conditioning, and an introduction to strength and power development . Our small group sessions emphasize proper adjustment and attention to each athlete in a supportive but challenging environment to build grit and confidence.
12 week blocks, x2 sessions/week starting at $650+tax
